💚 grabbed some Grapes from the Fridge
🧡 grabbed an orange from the fruit bowl
💙 grabbed the last of the yoghurt to use up!

Filling, tasty & on plan!!
⭐️nutrition ✅ protein in the yoghurt, veggies are carrots, swede, onion, parsnip & turnip. Fruit of grapes & orange! - boom!!

Great Brunch Lunch! It really fuels me for the afternoon! Tesco porridge oats @ organic live yoghurt, cinnamon & carrot!
I just add hot water and microwave for 2.5 minutes! Do stir half way or can bubble over the bowl! And it’s hot so leave to cool for a few minutes then with some yoghurt! Sooo good 💛⭐️ xx
