It was a bracing start to 26 this morning for our first group of the new year..we went down to Caister Lifeboat along a perfect beach..even the seals didn’t seem to pop there heads out of the water as it was pretty chilly…the gloves were staying firmly on so not many pictures but all in all a great start to the year..

Well..Merry Christmas and Thank You all for your support in 2025..we go again in 2026..It was a great end to this year with a new walk down to Caister/Scratby..we are now stopping the walk to concentrate on the Christmas Stocking Campaign…good beach heading out with a few diversions in and out of the dunes..turning at the Caister Camp gates with a highly chatty mindfulness session then heading back to Caister Lifeboat and for a treemendous festive breakfast at the Look Out..highly recommended ..Merry Christmas..

Glorious Nature..

What a fantastic day..weather was really cold but sunny..a classic winter morning..the beach was perfect going down to Caister lifeboat and we achieved quite a high pace..seals in the sea and on land..detectorists (if that is a word) and fisher people all enjoying being out in nature..lots of chatting and laughs..all in all a great way to start a Sunday..Thank You..

‘The tide left us a great beach’

Great Nordic walk this morning..’Good Beach’ it was a bit blustery but no rain and we had the wind behind us heading down to Wellington Pier on a brilliant beach..great that everyone was chatting so much I forgot the mindfulness break..friendly dogs, seals and star fish plus a guided history tour…culminating in seeing the birth place and monument to the 99 ice cream ! Great stuff..Thank You

Another amazing this morning, the weather was superb and the sea was dead calm with a great firm beach to greet us heading down to Caister Lifeboat. A big seal was taking an interest in us, popping up and down at regular intervals, sadly we didn’t see the which is somewhere out there. We observed a silence at the half way point in honour of As well as glorious sunshine the moon was also out !..We had a few people carrying slight injuries, but they batted through to the end and are ready to go for the rest of the week.

Great day yesterday at The Wellesley home of Great Yarmouth Town FC. We were promoting to a host of people, healthcare professionals and raising awareness of cancer. Congratulations to our walkers Jayne and Victoria for becoming Cancer Champions ! ‘Probably The Best Walk Ever’…and many other positive quotes which I have forgotten!..It was a glorious day..the sea was really ominous with the waves coming higher up the beach than ever before…we had to be quite nimble not to get wet feet and learned a lot from watching the sandpipers skirting along the break..Sand was soft going down to Caister Lifeboat and we really put a shift in..as always, lots of chatting and laughs..such a great way to start a Sunday…

Blustery morning on the with super soft sand heading down to The Wellington Pier and beyond. Plenty of banter all the way, with an in depth discussion/debate on ‘Yorkshire Puddings’ and the best way to eat them…everyone put in a great shift which had seals popping up out of the sea and admiring our techniques..great way to start a Sunday..everyone will have Rosie cheeks today ! Stunning Nordic Walk this morning after returning from travels..It was probably the best morning we have had, with perfect weather and a near perfect beach as we headed to Caister Lifeboat. Everyone really put some effort into using poles ensuring a good upper body workout..but today was all about nature and how lucky we are to be able to get out and about and have a chat and laugh.

Lovely today..hard going down towards Wellington Pier on very soft sand…possibly spotted a yellow submarine! Well done to J putting in a great shift and leading by example and F for a perfect 360 ankle warm up..was it a ‘yellow submarine’ ?…Loads of chatting and laughs..Thank You
