Stunning Nordic Walk this morning after returning from travels..It was probably the best morning we have had, with perfect weather and a near perfect beach as we headed to Caister Lifeboat. Everyone really put some effort into using poles ensuring a good upper body workout..but today was all about nature and how lucky we are to be able to get out and about and have a chat and laugh.

Lovely today..hard going down towards Wellington Pier on very soft sand…possibly spotted a yellow submarine! Well done to J putting in a great shift and leading by example and F for a perfect 360 ankle warm up..was it a ‘yellow submarine’ ?…Loads of chatting and laughs..Thank You

Due to a knee problem the Nordic Walking Poles have had to be swapped for a different kind, hopefully not for to long..apologies for any inconvenience, sessions will resume upon recovery.

Lovely session this morning. Beach was kind to us with nice firm sand along the shore, it was really nice to get some pace out past the Wellington Pier. And a mice diversion on the way back along Marine Parade then diverting through the centre of the Waterways, which we’ve not done before..lots of interesting sights including sea swimmers, fisher people and detectorists…Thank You

A really lovely this morning heading off to The Wellington Pier after a good warm up..the sand was super soft and tough going but we made it in good time with Mitch setting the pace..a nice walk back along the promenade and into the Waterways with some lovely Lilly pads and lots of wildlife including seals, cormorants, skylarks and much more..non stop chatting and laughs throughout…great morning..Thank You

Brilliant this morning. We moved inland to Ludham and walked to a very historical site set in the heart of the . We headed through the village and some wonderful countryside, seeing some great wildlife including deer, herons, kites and several horse flys ! The Abbey and Cross just beyond are well worth a visit. The weather was fine, if a bit muggy, but it seemed everyone had an enjoyable start to Sunday. We are considering setting up a mid week walk from Ludham 5.45-7pm (ish)..If you would be interested please get in touch..Thank You

It was a tough session today…Sand was super soft heading towards Caister which really tested our aerobic capacity! We diverted up to the dunes and had a break on the sea wall with some quiz questions, then heading back and resisting the temptation to jump on the land train. We were treated to a bagpipe welcome home…..which was really nice…

Absolutely the best of the year ! The weather on the was fantastic…sun cream and water was given to all walkers. We started hugging the shore towards the Wellington Pier then had an unrehearsed chorus of at the half way point mindfulness break…kicks and all ! We then headed along Marine Parade, through the .. which is a must for all petrol heads..my personal favourite was the …FANTASTIC DAY !…I f you fancy giving Nordic Walking a go…get in touch..
