Our feet, if we have them are the foundation of all standing postures. They are crucial for balance, stability, and proper alignment, influencing how your body moves and functions during various activities. Strengthening and maintaining foot health is essential for overall well-being and injury prevention. There is so much we can do for our feet but do you look after yours?

Those who rely on prosthetic(s) understanding posture and controlling balance takes considerable effort to adapt. Every time something changes it takes more to adapt to that change. Yoga with prosthetic(s) requires adapting pawanmuktasana and asana to combine natural joint movements with the mechanical limitations of the artifical limb(s).Thus is usually done 1-2-1 or in a small group of amputees. Every group members version may be different. Remember yoga; to unite. Commit to yama (abstinences), niyama (observances), āsana (postures), prāṇāyāma (breath control), pratyāhāra (withdrawal of the senses), dhāraṇā (concentration), dhyāna (meditation), and samādhi (absorption). Exactly the same as able bodied.
