We wanted to share a quick update about appointments at DIAL.

In April, we had a total of 115 booked appointments, and unfortunately 34 of these were missed without prior notice. We understand that plans can change, but missed appointments mean that others who may need support are left waiting longer than necessary.

If you’re unable to attend your appointment or no longer need it, please let us know as soon as possible by calling 01493 856900. This allows us to offer that time to someone else who may be waiting.
