Building on the success of MaK Personnel, MaK Healthcare was launched in July 2016 Our population currently has more than 3 million people aged over 80 years old and by 2030 this figure is projected to double and by 2050 reach 8 million. Adapting to this trend poses economic, social and political challenges as never before has the need for kind and compassionate car staff been more in demand. At MaK Healthcare we invest in new talent we offer free inhouse training delivered by our own accredited in house trainer. Amanda has in excess of 25 years exposure to the care sector and is committed to making a postive difference as much as we are!

We work to CQC and NICE standards we provide free uniforms ID passes and offer a 24 hour on call service for the benefit of both our clients and candidates.
