Hot stone therapy is a speciality treatment where I use smooth heated stones either as an extension of my own hands, or by placing them on the body while i massage other parts of the body. The heat can be both deeply relaxing and help warm up tight muscles so i can work more deeply, more quickly. Cold stones can provide my clients with added relief to tired muscles.
Holistic therapy is a beautiful art form to be enjoyed by all. Not only does it have healing benefits but its a very calming treatment to give as a therapist.

People assume hot stone massage is just placing hot stones on the body ,but it is so much more than that . I use the hot stones as part of my hands as I would a normal massage , using the stones to get out any knots and tension and the therapeutic warming heat soothes as I do so .It’s an amazing relaxing treatment .
When I have finished my massage I place the warm stones from the head to the bottom of the spine to focus on your chakra points . An old spiritual tradition 🙂
