❤️ Gratitude has become such an important part of my daily practice, and these past three weeks have reminded me exactly why. I’m truly grateful for the care and support of the nursing staff on ward 4 at James Paget Hospital they’ve been amazing. It’s not an easy job and they often face criticism, but I can only speak as I’ve experienced, and they’ve been incredible during a very emotional and difficult time.

I’m also deeply thankful for my special friends who’ve supported me personally. You really learn the meaning of true friendship when you see who shows up. 💛

Feeling very blessed today and peaceful 💜

A huge thank you to everyone who joined me for the Sound and gong Bath last night. The energy in the room was very gentle, calm, and deeply peaceful. It was wonderful to share that space with you all. 💫

I’m delighted to announce that the final Sound and Gong Bath at this venue in Gorleston will take place on Friday, December 5th at 7pm.
