What an incredible evening! I wanted to send a massive thank you to everyone who joined me for last night's sound and gong bath. The energy in the room was truly special, and I'm still feeling the resonance of our collective stillness.
I was thrilled to welcome four new participants to our growing community. It’s always a joy to share this experience with fresh faces!
As always I was overwhelmed by the excellent feedback. Knowing that you left feeling restored and balanced is exactly why I do it 😀

Happy Friday Everyone 🐣✨

And just like that, the Easter holidays are officially drawing to a close. It’s been a whirlwind of chocolate eggs in our household and keeping the grandchildren entertained, and to be perfectly honest trying to remember what day of the week it actually is!
Hope you’ve all enjoyed your Easter celebrations and those of you working your 4 day week. Enjoy the weekend ❤️

A little reminder for anyone (including myself) who needs it today... ❤️

I was chatting with someone the other day, looking back at things and thinking about certain decisions and commitments I made in life. None of which were regrets it was just where I was at the time.
Sometimes we end up in situations that aren't our fault, or we make choices based on a version of ourselves that was just trying to survive or figure things out. We can't blame ourselves for not knowing then what we know now.
What I’ve taken with me:
• Grace over Guilt: I let go of the "should-haves."
• The Silver Lining: Every tough chapter taught me something I couldn't have learnt any other way.
• Going Forward: I’m not carrying the weight of the past, just the wisdom it gave me.
Life is messy and rarely goes in a straight line. If you’re reflecting on something difficult today, just remember: you not failing you are learning and that's exactly what you are supposed to do.

Onward and upward. ✨

I’ve already had a few messages asking about the next date! Due to some commitments throughout May, I’ll be taking a little break from the Shrublands sessions next month.

Reiki was the very first healing technique I learnt many many years ago, and it has remains the foundation of everything I do. My journey began with Level 1, focusing inward on healing myself, followed by Level 2 to extend that energy and healing to others, and eventually reaching the Master level.
No matter how much I learn or grow, I always return to these roots. It is the steady ground that allows for true transformation and a return to your natural state of balance.

A dear friend bought me a bunch of daffodils yesterday which got me thinking about kindness. It’s easy to get caught up in the rush of the day, but let’s not forget the power of a small gesture. A simple smile to a stranger, holding the door open, or checking in on a friend, these moments cost us £0.00 yet they can completely change the the direction of someone’s entire day. 💛

👣 Let’s lead by example and show the next generation that being a "good person" starts with the little things.
