😀 A great big thank you to everyone who turned out for tonight’s Sound and Gong Bath event at Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden. Also sending special thanks to my co-host Harriet Getley of Health Yourself for playing so beautifully and giving me the opportunity of playing a whole set of Crystal Singing Bowls, amazing.
We will be cohosting another event in 2 weeks time, Wednesday august 20th at 6.30pm at same venue. Do hope to see you then 🌿🌸

🌿 Outdoor Sound Bath Tonight – Fairhaven Water Gardens 🌿
6:30 PM | £12.50 on the door

The weather is looking perfect – join Harriet and me for a calming, restorative sound bath under the open sky.

Let the gentle tones of singing bowls and gongs guide you into deep relaxation in the beautiful setting of Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden.

🧘‍♀️ No experience needed – just bring yourself, a reclining chair or bed to lie on, blanket and pillow and let the peace wash over you. We will have citronella candles but bug spray may be needed if you’re susceptible.

✨ Give yourself an hour of stillness, harmony, and connection with nature.

Important Update – Tonight’s Sound Bath Cancelled

Harriet Getley of Health Yourself and I are really sorry to share that we’ve made the difficult decision to cancel tonight’s sound bath. The weather hasn’t been on our side over the past couple of days, and the ground is now extremely wet underfoot — not ideal conditions for a relaxing experience.

We know many of you were looking forward to it, and we’re just as disappointed. Our next open-air event at Fairhaven Woodland and Water Garden is coming up soon on Wednesday August 6th, so please do pop that in your diaries — we’d love to see you there for a 6.30 start.
