✨ EEEGR Awards 2025 - ‘One to Watch’ Award 🏆 ✨

We are delighted to share that Georgia & Carly attended the EEEGR (East of England Energy Group) Awards last night at Dunston Hall Golf & Country Club, where we won the One to Watch Award.

A huge congratulations to the other outstanding businesses shortlisted in the category, DLV Technologies and Tide Medical.

This award feels particularly meaningful, as Immerse Safety is a micro-business founded in March 2024. In under two years, the company has grown with a clear mission: to improve the health and safety competence and contingency of local businesses, and to upskill their people (including several individuals who were in the room last night, some of whom Carly has been fortunate enough to teach!)

It was very much a pinch-me moment for the business and a milestone that the team is incredibly thankful for.

Last week, the Immerse Safety team - Georgia, Beth, Carly and Emma, came together for our first full team meeting 👏🏽

The session focused on:
📊 Reviewing current and upcoming projects.
🎯 Aligning priorities for the remainder of 2025.
🤝🏽 Setting the tone for teamwork & communication.

We also took some time to get to know one another better, by exploring our Myers-Briggs personality types to strengthen collaboration and self-awareness as we grow (we have an Executive, a Defender and two Protagonists on the team 👀)

This meeting marked an exciting milestone; the start of a connected, values-driven team, as we prepare for a strong finish to 2025 and an even more ambitious 2026.

Over the past year, Carly supported the business to deliver a wide range of health and safety services, including:

👩🏽‍🏫 CDM Regulations for C-Suite training.
👩🏽‍🏫 CDM Regulations Awareness training to over 50 delegates.
👩🏽‍🏫 IOSH Managing Safely training.
✅ Ongoing support to the internal HSE team, strengthening the Health & Safety Management System.
🛠️ Leading the development of a Construction Management Standard, with great support from Matt Sidwell, and creating a supporting training presentation.
⚠️ Creating an Incident Management Standard and assisting in selecting a new incident reporting software.
🦺 Providing a suite of construction-related health and safety templates.
📄 Producing a Pre-Construction Information management document.
🚛 Supplying detailed risk assessment feedback and recommendations on eHGV operations.
