We are pleased to announce that Alicia Gray (M.Ost) has joined Jessup Osteopathic Clinic. She will be available for appointment's on Monday’s and Tuesday’s. 9 am to 5pm.
Alicia graduated with a Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University of St Mark and St John in Plymouth.
She has experience treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, using a structural approach to address the root cause of discomfort as well as any compensatory patterns that may have developed. She combines a variety of treatment techniques to restore movement, reduce pain, and promote lasting recovery.
She encourages patients to take an active role in their rehabilitation, often integrating tailored exercise and self-care advice into her treatments. Her compassionate and approachable manner helps create a supportive environment where patients feel comfortable and confident in their care.

Osteopathy:
Patients often ask how many treatments do I think they will need. This shows that the majority of patients are discharged within just 3 treatments.
The large percentage of patients discharged after the first treatment included those who were diagnosed with a medical condition, unsuitable for Osteopathic treatment, and were referred back to their GP.
