Happy Wolf Moon tonight 🌕🐺❄️
With the snow falling today, it really does feel like the Wolf Moon has arrived right on cue. Everything a little quieter, softer, almost wrapped in a hush. This moon carries deep winter wisdom, instinct, intuition and that gentle reminder that even when the world slows, there is so much strength beneath the surface.
Snow and moonlight together always feel magical to me, like an invitation to pause, to listen inward and to honour exactly where you are right now. No rushing, no pushing, just being. Light a candle, watch the sky if you can, and let the stillness sink into your bones ✨
May this snowy Wolf Moon bring clarity, calm and a sense of coming home to yourself 🌲🌙💜

💜 As we step into a new year, I just want to share this gentle but powerful reminder with you 💫
So many people don’t stay stuck because they are incapable or broken, they stay stuck because they keep handing their power to old stories. The system, the past, family, circumstances, all of it may have shaped us, and yes, life can bruise us deeply. None of us get a free pass from pain. The difference is never what happened, it is what we choose to do next ✨
You can keep replaying yesterday and letting old wounds decide who you are today, or you can meet yourself right here, in this moment, where your power actually lives. Not in blame. Not in excuses. Not in the past. Growth begins the moment we stop asking “why did this happen to me?” and start asking “who am I choosing to become now?”
You didn’t come here just to survive. You came to expand, to embody, to remember who you really are. This is your invitation into presence, responsibility and your highest timeline 🌙💜

✨🌲 Winter Solstice: Return of the Light 🌲✨
Last night was truly something special ✨
We gathered together on the longest night of the year to pause, breathe, and honour the turning of the wheel. The space felt so calm and sacred from the moment everyone arrived, and there was such a beautiful sense of togetherness in the room.
We journeyed through deep winter meditations, walking through a moonlit woodland, guided by the quiet presence of the fox, the hare, the owl, and the White Stag. It felt deeply grounding and symbolic, a reminder to trust our instincts, rest in stillness, and allow our inner wisdom to guide us.
Creating evergreen blessing sprigs, placing our intentions into the crystal grid, and sharing rhythm together felt so powerful and connecting.
One of my favourite moments was the glowing light ceremony, watching the room slowly fill with soft light was incredibly moving and such a reminder that even in the darkest moments, light is always returning.
Each person took home a small tealight to represent the coming of the light, along with a piece of clear quartz to amplify clarity and intention through the winter months. It felt like such a gentle and meaningful way to close the evening.
Thank you from my heart to everyone who came and shared their energy. These moments of connection are the reason I do what I do, and I’m so grateful to have shared this Solstice with you 💫

✨ Winter Solstice Blessings ✨

Today we welcome the Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year and the quiet turning point where the light slowly begins to return

🌙❄️ I have always felt something deeply sacred about this day, a gentle invitation to slow down, breathe, and honour everything this year has asked of us, whether it felt joyful, challenging, or somewhere in between.

Nature shows us so beautifully that rest is not failure or stopping, it is part of the cycle, a time of gathering energy and trusting that even in the darkness something new is already forming 🌲✨

The seeds we plant now do not need to be loud or fully formed, they simply need care, intention, and a little faith 🌱🕯️

If you can, take a few moments today to light a candle, sit quietly, and reflect on what you are ready to release and what you would like to gently call in as the days grow lighter, knowing there is no rush and no pressure to have it all figured out yet 💫

💎 A beautiful crystal grid ceremony where each person will intuitively place a crystal on the altar with their Solstice intention
🥁 A gentle group rhythm where I’ll play the drum, and those who have their own drum are welcome to bring it along
✨ Guided meditations and soothing Sound Bath to honour the stillness and the return of the light
🌟 A glowing light ceremony to welcome renewal and hope

🎁 Each guest will receive a gifted tealight, representing the coming of the light, and a piece of clear quartz to amplify intentions, promote clarity and reflect the beauty of the icy winter season

✨ Something a little magical I’ve been working on… ✨
I’m so excited to share a little peek at a project that’s very close to my heart. I’ve been quietly creating a children’s book called Feathers Full of Stars: The Tale of Little Duck the Chicken, inspired by our beloved Little Duck who went missing for six months and returned home in a storm.
This story imagines the adventures she might have had while she was away. It’s filled with mystical realms, soft starlight, gentle lessons about self-belief, and the kind of magic that lives inside all of us, whether we remember it or not.
It’s still a work in progress, but it’s one I’m so proud of and can’t wait to bring into the world. Keep an eye out in 2026 for the full release.
