Women produce testosterone too… so why is no one talking about it?

There’s still so much stigma around women using testosterone. People instantly think it’s about bodybuilding, getting “big,” or becoming less feminine.

That wasn’t my reason.

I became an untested athlete to improve my health, support my endometriosis, and improve my quality of life. I’ve been using Fem Test for 2 years, with bloods checked every 6 months, and the difference has been huge.

For me, it’s improved:

✔ Energy and motivation
✔ Mood and mental clarity
✔ Sexual libido
✔ Bone health
✔ Hormonal wellbeing
✔ Recovery and lean body composition

Women naturally produce testosterone too. It’s not just a male hormone. It plays a role in how we feel, function, recover, and perform.

This is my personal experience, not medical advice.
I’m not telling women to take PEDs. I’m sharing my journey because there’s a lot of fear around something that has genuinely improved my overall wellbeing.

Proximal hamstring tendinopathy is a common but stubborn issue that can cause deep pain high up in the hamstring, especially during squats, deadlifts, sprinting or even just sitting.

Chronic shoulder pain can be frustrating, especially when it starts affecting your training, sleep, or even day-to-day movement 😩

Using radial shockwave therapy, I worked through multiple areas of tension and pain including the rear delt, rotator cuff, and surrounding shoulder muscles to help reduce discomfort, improve movement, and stimulate healing 💥

What’s amazing about radial shockwave is that you can often see an instant improvement in mobility and movement straight after treatment 🙌🏼 Seeing the shoulder move more freely with less pain during the session is exactly why I love using this treatment.

Every shoulder is different, which is why treatment should never be a “one size fits all” approach. Assess, treat, strengthen, and rebuild 👊🏼

POV: your adductors after a marathon… 😅

Tanya came in post-marathon with that classic “pinching” feeling through the hip — and yes, I’ve kept the sound on so you can hear exactly how that release feels 😂

Today’s focus: deep tissue release through the adductors (your inner thigh muscles).

When these guys get tight and overworked, they start pulling everything out of balance. If we actually want to fix the problem (not just chase symptoms), we need to:
👉 Release tension in the adductors
👉 Strengthen the abductors (outer hip)

That balance is key for proper hip function and pain-free movement.

Ignoring it? That’s when things start creeping in like:
• Inner thigh pain
• Groin discomfort
• Anterior hip pain
• Even medial knee pain

Runners, lifters, field athletes… this is a big one.

Your body doesn’t just need more work — it needs the right work.
