🚨 Training Milestone Achieved! 🚨

We're incredibly proud to share the growth of our training division, Pro-Safety Training, in delivering essential First Aid and Pre-Hospital Care training.

📈 In 2024, we trained 125 students, including 43 NHS staff.

📊 In just the first 6 months of 2025, we’ve already trained 269 students — with a remarkable 140 of them from the NHS.

This brings our total to 394 students trained so far — and we're not stopping there.

💪 Our goal for the remainder of 2025 is to reach 450+ students trained.

That means even more individuals equipped with lifesaving skills and to help provide a nation of lifesavers.

Thank you to everyone who has trained with us — and to those yet to come, we can’t wait to welcome you! A huge thank you to our amazing group of instructors who proudly deliver our core values of QUALITY and AFFORDABLE training.

We were thrilled to be invited back by a long-standing customer for their Open Farm Day at Old Hall Farm — a fantastic event filled with fresh air, smiling faces, and community spirit.

Our dedicated medical team was on-site, ensuring both visitors and staff had immediate access to first aid if needed. We were even on stand-by for a nearby road traffic incident (thankfully, we weren’t required).

Not only do we support this customer with our Pro-Safety Medical Services division, our Pro-Safety Training division will be returning to deliver some first aid training.

Today, one of our amazing paramedics was on duty at the stunning Creake Abbey for Plant Lovers Day 🌿🪴— ensuring everyone enjoyed the blooms in safe hands! 💚

🚨 A Busy and Impactful Week Across Pro-Safety Group! 🚨

It’s been a fantastic week of activity and community engagement for both divisions at Pro-Safety Group:

🩺 Pro-Safety Medical Services have been on the ground providing expert medical support at a variety of VE Day Celebration events across Norfolk and Suffolk. Our dedicated teams, which consisted of FREC3's/FREC4's & Paramedics, ensured that attendees could enjoy the festivities safely, with professional care always close at hand.

🎓 Over in Norwich, Pro-Safety Training is now well into Week 2 of an intensive 4-week first aid training programme. We’re proud to be delivering essential life-saving skills to up to 70 students at a local school as part of their Duke of Edinburgh qualification - empowering the next generation with the confidence and knowledge to respond in emergencies.

💬 These initiatives reflect our ongoing commitment to community safety, education, and preparedness. Whether it’s through on-site medical support or hands-on training, we’re here to make a difference.

This transition reflects our continued growth and the exceptional progress we made in 2024. As part of this evolution, Pro-Safety Group now comprises two dedicated divisions:

Though our name has evolved, our commitment remains the same — the same trusted team delivering quality, affordable safety services across the board.

Pro-Safety Medical Services, our event medical services division provides highly qualified medical personnel, including first aiders, first responders, nurses, paramedics, and doctors. All our staff come from a healthcare background, ensuring the highest standard of medical care is available for your needs.

Pro-Safety Training, our safety compliance training division covers essential areas such as first aid, mental health first aid, fire safety, health & safety, and safeguarding. All training is externally regulated, ensuring that it is comprehensive, high-quality, and cost-effective.

🩹 Our 1-day Qualsafe Level 3 Emergency First Aid at Work will take place on 05th June 2025 in Great Yarmouth. At £95 delegates completing the course will be competent in: responsibilities and reporting, assessment of the situation, dealing with an unresponsive casualty, basic hygiene in First Aid, resuscitation and AED awareness, anatomy, minor injuries, bleeding control, burns, choking, epilepsy and shock.

🩹This course has been designed to ensure your business is able to provide immediate first aid provisions under The Health and Safety (Firsts Aid) regulations 1981 - subject to your business First Aid Needs Assessment.

We are pleased to share another outstanding review from one of our valued clients.

Recently, three of our highly skilled instructors provided essential training to a local NHS GP practice, delivering sessions on Basic Life Support (BLS), Anaphylaxis, and Fire Safety. This comprehensive training was attended by nearly 80 delegates over a three-hour period.

What makes this feedback particularly noteworthy is that it comes from a diverse group of both clinical professionals (including General Practitioners and Urgent Care Practitioners) and non-clinical personnel (such as administrative staff). We are proud to support healthcare teams with high-quality training that enhances both patient safety and workplace preparedness.
