The dreaded Hayfever season is approaching! And tree pollen is on the rise as of tomorrow🌻🌲☀️

At Central Pharmacy we have a wide selection of antihistamines, nasal sprays and eye drops, everything you could need to help you combat the dreaded itchy eyes and runny noses 👁️👃🏻

Our pharmacists recommends a triple therapy approach to alleviate the symptoms best you can. This consists of:
-an oral anti histamine
-a steroid nasal spray
-allergy eye drops

Our top three recommendations are:
-Allevia allergy tablets (fexofenadine)
-Clarinaze nasal spray
-Opticrom allergy eye drops

Its finally getting warmer!☀️
That also means bugs and insects are starting to pop up🐛🦟

Insect bites are something we can help with at the pharmacy especially if you think they may have become infected.

Infected insect bites are part of the pharmacy first scheme, where we are able to prescribe antibiotics if you need them from a consultation within the pharmacy.

Whether you have an irritated bite or a possibly infected bite. Come in to the pharmacy where we can help select the best course of action for you!

At Central Pharmacy we offer Free Blood Pressure Checks no appointment needed. We offer this service Monday-Friday between 9am and 6pm for people fitting the following criteria:
-Over 40 Years old
-Not currently being treated with blood pressure medication
-Have not had their blood pressure checked by the GP surgery in the last 6 months
Feel free to pop in and chat to one of our lovely members of staff 😊
