Today I had the pleasure of treating with a quick sports massage. As I write this post he is halfway through cycling 255 miles in a single day, visiting 17 ambulance stations across Norfolk to raise £5,255 for the East of England Ambulance Service Charity. 🚑 🙌 🦵 🚲
