Last full moon of the summer today full sturgeon moon …

The Sturgeon Moon often falls in late summer, when energy is shifting from high summer into the harvest season. It’s seen as a moon of abundance, strength, and preparation.
Common symbolic threads:
• Abundance & Prosperity – Time to acknowledge what’s “in your net” — the blessings, lessons, and resources you’ve gathered this year.
• Endurance & Resilience – Sturgeons are ancient fish that have survived for millions of years. This moon invites you to honour your own endurance and ability to adapt.
• Preparation for Harvest – A reminder that cycles are turning; what you’ve been growing (literally or energetically) is ready for collection.
• Emotional Release – Full moons in general bring things to the surface; this one often asks for releasing emotional “hooks” or patterns that keep you stuck.

Couldn’t sleep again last night the energy is intense. Today sees the start of a new chapter and adventure for me , this year has closed so many chapters so I’m ready for a new one . This week, I officially completed my training and passed my demonstration of a Chakradance Kids class. I’m now licensed and ready to bring these magical classes to life with children everywhere 🤩

Today at “coming home to you” we are harnessing and anchoring the beautiful energy that’s bathing earth right now through our intentions of slowing down and embracing stillness , through our breath, , optional cold water , and sipping full power cacao to open our hearts .

Each day allow yourself time to be present with your ceremonial cacao . Slow down drop into the body and feel her energy , feel your hearts expansion and breathe and acknowledge this space . Allow what needs to surface to do so, the more we expand our hearts the more it squashes out that what we no longer need to carry . We make room to hold more light in our vessel our being .
Sometimes you may crave another cup later in the day but it’s the body asking you to sit and become present again for a few minutes , lady cacao energy will be in your system for a couple of days so everytime you become presence you reactivate her energy within you . She cannot be taken for granted therefore we must not take ourselves for granted . 💫🪽🪶

After a busy few days working with energy this is me a slow down day and being present in every moment . Enjoy your day ♥️

I have 1kg of cacao left but will have another big delivery end of the week if anyone needs any ✨

Energy is your currency , where are you expending your energy ? When you feel drained , bored , low, anxious ,not sleeping over thinking, too much screen time , junk food it could be a case of overloading your system with toxins .
Stop ask your body what it needs . And each day make small steps to step away from low vibrations ✨

Lovely gathering for the lions gate portal in coming home to yourself . Connecting to our inner power and anchoring the light energy . Powerful stuff which will continue to weave and work through our energetic systems .

Cold tub is optional . We done lots of breathwork , visualising , and understanding the energy and what’s happening , learning to feel our way as a compass than seeing , connecting to lady cacao and our hearts ♥️

What are you going to do differently to anchor in the new ? Remember we have to release something to make space . Don’t be afraid to let go of certain aspects of yourself . If for the last few years your been trying to manifest something different and wondering why hasn’t it happened , it’s because you haven’t aligned with that thing you want because your holding on to old ways, Old habits, relationships, thoughts , people, for fear of upsetting . However The same outcome will continue to repeat until you decide enough is enough . Yes in some cases it can be really upsetting but on the otherside is your manifestations. 💫♥️🙌🏼🪽🪶

We are in the portal of the lions gate energy 🦁 which peaks on Friday . We shall be anchoring in the energy into our vessel that’s coming into the earth right now . It’s such a powerful time to shift what you have outgrown, that could be in the physical or thoughts and emotions old patterns of behaviour so we can embody the new and what’s waiting to come in once you release what you have outgrown . ✨

This is the real flex in life the moment of clarity💫 ,
the moment you come home to yourself . ♥️

All the times you abandoned yourself , gave too much, over analysed , tried to be more than understanding , been too forgiving , giving the benefit of the doubt and sat crying because you thought there was something wrong with you . 🫣
In the moment you put yourself first you will see it for what it really is.

you gave your heart and soul to people that didn’t know their own heart, you trusted others that couldn’t trust themselves . Because you wanted to be liked and accepted and wanted others to be happy and not feel the things you have, not realising you held the power with in all along to stop and go get the life you truly deserved , to put your own happiness first .
The life that mirrors who you are the loyalty , honour , respect , love and trust. 🙌🏼
The empaths path has boundaries not people pleasing . The more boundaries the more in alignment you become to your higher self and your life purpose . ✨🪽🪶
