Take just 30 seconds to think about what YOU do for yourself, each day.
Even if its as simple as putting your phone on silent, closing yourself in a quiet room, closing your eyes and breathing in for 4, hold for 4, then breathe out for 4, and repeat.
Self care is a necessity not a luxury, remember that. Take this as your sign to do more for you.

For anyone that needs this...check yourself;

1. Recognise if you’re feeling anxious.

2. Admit that you’re feeling anxious (to yourself).

3. Remind yourself that it’s ok to feel this way and tell yourself, ‘this feeling IS temporary and WILL pass’.

4. Now (if safe to do so) close your eyes, breathe normally, through the nose, recognise your breath, how it feels coming in and out of your nose?, how does it sounds?, how does it move the rest of your body?

5. Continue to do that for as long as you allow yourself. Your breathing will steady. If disruptive thoughts enter your mind, accept them and go back to focusing on the feeling of your breath.

You just took control of your mind, thoughts and feelings. You are in complete control, you managed your anxiety ...and btw you just meditated!
