On your spiritual journey , understand it’s not all love and light. There is much to identify, register and integrate during the process.
Healing and spiritual progress doesn’t just happen over night , there is so much to try and understand , you’ll have all the questions, the why’s what ifs , the how?
You often have to face things that may come up and you don’t necessarily want to , and these things sometimes create fear and anxiety.
We need to learn to love ourselves, foremost . I have done a lot of work around self love … still aspects of this to work on.
We need to learn to look at adverse situations in life differently, learn to forgive us and those individuals that may have caused our outlook in life. Again often not an easy ask.
Some won’t carry on this path , some just can’t face their truth and prefer to put their trauma to the back of their minds and ‘file’ it. They will love their lives as they wish. We all have free agency of course but I recognise , we can all love a better soulful quality of lives if we try and help ourselves to smooth out certain things affecting us profoundly .
If you chose to carry on then remember you need to do the work on yourself to move on.
This is a very delicate process and it is prudent that you discern who you put your trust in 🌀
