KUNDALINI ACTIVATION

The Kundalini activation transmission that I will facility , sparks off your internal energy and takes you on a journey.

The Shakti energy can rise in your body which may then help release the energy blocks that are either trapped or that you may unknowingly be holding onto.
Kundalini Activation may also help with suppressed emotions, memories, stress, trauma, fear, anxiety, grief, negative belief patterns and behaviours.
By not addressing them or not properly dealing with them at the time these emotions can become very deep rooted, and you may not even be aware of this.
These emotions can be held at deep cellular levels, in our muscles and our subconscious and conscious mind impacting our energetic field all around us, physically, emotionally and mentally. This can leave us feeling fatigued, irritable, angry, experiencing low moods or form a detachment from oneself.

Medical research has identified several effects on the physical body from people affected by stress and trauma. The Body goes into what is known as the Fight or Flight response. When this is triggered, the body releases an increase of adrenaline and cortisol inducing physiological changes in the body. And you may experience some of these symptoms for example;

Musculoskeletal system – headaches, back pain.

Cardiovascular system- high blood pressure and increased heart rate.

Immune system – weakened immune system can leave you more susceptible to infections.

Sleep disturbance- insomnia.

With Kundalini activation it is your own energy which works within your body. This
intelligent energy (shakti) within you will only give you what you can handle.
It helps release the energy blocks by peeling away layer by layer what you have been holding onto. This is a slow gentle process facilitated in a safe, comfortable environment with me guiding and supporting you through the process.
All you need to do is lay down, relax, trust and have an open mind. You may feel tingling in the body, and/or head area, change of body temperature, hot/ cold sensations throughout your body and within your energy centres and meridian lines, emotional release of crying, laughter, feeling of upmost bliss.
Once the Kundalini energy starts to flow freely in your body this can clear stagnant energy which can induce healing within your body eventually.

Kundalini energy once activated can bring balance and harmony to you, physically, emotionally and energetically, expanding your consciousness. It can help you to bring yourself back into alignment, deepening the connection to yourself, discovering your inner wisdom, truth, path, bring clarity and focus, empowering you to live a more complete, fulfilled and blissful life.

WHAT CAN HEALING LOOK LIKE FOLLOWING A KUNDALINI ACTIVATION?

Placing your trust in the process of healing -that KA can bring you- is important part of this journey.

Whilst most will find that spark in themselves and an improvement in quality of their lives as a whole, and with minimal “ after effects “ of KA, we are all different, we all have our own paths and experiences. We can all react differently to the same situations.
Sometimes, those who meet their Divine Kundalini energy, may find it rather powerful and profound, bringing with it feelings such as overwhelming tiredness, uncertain feelings and shifts in themselves, emotionally and physically.
Moving through this process with support from friends, loved ones and those also on a similar path, will offer intense clarity in their thought patterns and decisions about their lives, a closer connection to those around them and maybe shedding of old people who no longer serves them.

A good energy practioner will sometimes trigger you.
It's often inevitable.

⭐️ TRANSFORMATION ⭐️
This summer I have largely been quiet at The Healing Space , since my time
In Peru. I had been told by my medicine woman, that the retreat was only the doorway to my new self. The beginning
Of a life changing transformation.

And she was right. The real journey is happening now, in the quiet moments of coming back to myself.

There are pieces of me that feel new, alive, and open. And there are pieces that are being asked to soften, release, or transform.
It’s not always been comfortable during my lone times and personal ceremonies I have held
Some days I feel clear and centered, other days it feels like I’m shedding layers I knew I needed to release.

Integration, for me, looks like slowing down, even some journaling, simply being in nature , breathing in the spirit of the trees and plants… and letting the medicine of the experiences settle into my daily life.
Transformation isn’t a single breakthrough—it’s a practice of choosing to live differently, with more presence and more truth.
Peru gave me a vision. Now I’m learning to walk with it.
My revised offerings -which will all be released at the end of Aug/ sept - will be more bespoke and in response to what people need in the hear and now. We can’t change the world but we can change ourselves and that has a knock on effect to everyone around us ✨
