HAPPY WORLD NUTRITION DAY 🥗
Here's a few post-workout nutrition tips for your clients:
- Replenish glycogen stores with plenty of carbs (typically takes 24 hours to fully replenish) ✅
- Rebuild damaged muscle tissue with approx 20g protein regularly throughout the day ✅
- Rehydrate with a minimum of 500ml or water and/or electrolyte drink ✅
