A lovely little find at a bootsale today, a little wooden lotus flower for some of my gemstones, 50p well spent 😂👌🤍 I love it, sometimes it’s the little things that make you happy 🥰

I absolutely love my lady’s empowerment drum, I had a lovely meditation circle on Saturday evening and the drum was a great addition 🙏🪬🙏

A Women’s Sacred Drum Circle, united in a circle which is a symbol of wholeness, life cycles & unity. The drum, one of the oldest instruments known to humanity, guides us on a journey of self-expression and connection. Through the steady beat of the drum, representing our heart beat we enter a meditative and healing space where each woman is honoured, celebrated & heard in a totally safe space 🤍

So last night I had a really strange experience, at 2am I woke from my sleep, with a poem in my head, I never write poetry I can’t even spell 😂
I kept hearing I must get up and write it down, so there I was sitting on the kitchen floor writing this poem from nowhere 🤍🙏🤍

Angels singing

This morning I heard angels sing,
I heard them loud and clear,
They told me to go walk my life,
Without resentment or fear,
They said they had a job for me, to do for them on earth,
But to do this I would need my very own rebirth.
Look deep inside yourself, I heard them call,
for we will never ever let you fall,
So deep inside myself I did go,
Unleashing all my heeling flow,
They guided me to a whole new path
and then I heard an angel laugh “ she’s ready now to spread her wings,
We can send her on to greater things,
To heal yourself and others too,
This is the job we ask of you🤍

A real relationship is not made of flawless perfection.
It’s made of two imperfect souls who refuse to let go of each other,
no matter how rough the road gets.

In a world where giving up has become the easy way out, real love is a quiet rebellion.
It’s the whispered promise of two hearts that say, “We’re in this together, always.”

It’s waking up on bad days and choosing love, even when it feels hard to find.
It’s fighting battles side by side,
rather than against each other.

It’s understanding that arguments are not signs of a failing love, but proof of two people who care enough to fight for it.

A real relationship isn’t about perfection:

It’s about messy moments that turn into cherished memories.

It’s about misunderstandings that teach you to communicate better.

It’s about flaws that make you human and love that makes you extraordinary.

You’ll see the worst in each other and still choose to stay.
You’ll witness the tears, the anger, the doubts—and still believe in “us.”
You’ll learn to forgive more than you judge, to hold on tighter when life tries to pull you apart.

Real love is a choice,
made every single day.

When pride tempts you to walk away,
you choose patience.

When distance creates silence,
you choose connection.

When the storms of life rage,
you choose to shelter each other instead of letting the rain drown you both.

A real relationship isn’t fairy-tale perfect.

I’m absolutely in love with my new drum for women’s empowerment 🤍
In the ancient world, woman predominantly played the frame drum during rituals especially high priestesses and shamans.
These spirited practices and rituals, awaken and empower women as well as healing 🤍🪬🤍
I will be doing some videos soon of spiritual drumming and some relaxing meditations
