Chest-Supported Dumbbell Row: Are you setting up right?⁣

Here’s how Eddie sets up for perfect form:⁣

→ Bench angle = 30° or less for lats, 45° is okay for upper back⁣
→ Chest positioned halfway up the top of the bench⁣
→ Feet planted, thighs squeeze the bench⁣
→ Neutral lower back, extend through the upper body⁣
→ At the bottom: feel the stretch⁣
→ At the top: squeeze your shoulder blades together. ⁣
→ At the top: Remember - No lifting off the bench. ⁣
