Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired?
This is the place where I was it and I often slip back into.
You know you want to change you just try and fail at the first hurdle.
It's summer body time again, the pressure of having to change often pushes people futher away from achieving what they want.
I know how people feel and I know how hard it is to get out.
If you are looking to get in shape this year and want to say bye to all your bull crap I have something for you.
It involves maning up, saying to yourself and your partner you want to change and becoming something. Building momentum is what you need and that's what I can give you.
I have a 4 week restart program running. It's starts with a small.investment in yourself to make sure you stick to this.
Then I'm going to give you a training program and diet plan. Then you're going to have to check in daily to make sure you're on track.
It iss for people who are fed up and tired of being a shadow of them former selves.
This isn't for people who just would like to be in shape but people who need to feel in shape again!
