Can you find the time to strip yourself away from any attachments that create the life you’re living and really start to appreciate the things that make you the person that you are?

Things like seeing the beauty of waking every single day with the rise of the sun…. Like seeing the beauty to feel the moon presence…. Things like feeling the beauty of the rythm of your heart…. Things like the beauty of how you breathe and how precious every breath feels.

It’s the small things that are the huge things that over power everything else… like love… the love you feel for yourself without any possessions or attachments. How does that feel? How does it make you feel when you release yourself from what you think brings you love for self? How does it make you feel when you realise love is not the valuables you love but it’s an internal connection for a deeper love to self.
