๐ŸŽชโœจ Festival season is ON โ€” and so is the mission to survive it in one piece. Hereโ€™s your ultimate guide to staying healthy while living your best glittery life:

๐Ÿ’ง Hydration hacks: Water > warm cider. Add electrolytes, freeze your bottles, and sip between sips.
๐Ÿ‘Ÿ Protect your feet: Dance hard, but donโ€™t let blisters ruin your vibe. Comfy shoes + plasters = lifesavers.
๐Ÿ— Avoid food poisoning: If it smells dodgy, it is dodgy. Trust your gut before it betrays you.
๐Ÿ”’ Safe s*x: Pack protection. Consent is s*xy. So is being prepared.
โ˜€๏ธ Sun damage: SPF is your BFF. Reapply like your skin depends on it (because it does).
๐Ÿง  Panic attack plan: Overwhelmed? Step away, breathe deep, text a mate. Youโ€™re not alone.
๐ŸŽง Protect your hearing: Earplugs = cool. Tinnitus = not.
๐Ÿšฝ Make sure you poo: Festival food + dehydration = constipation nation. Fibre up and donโ€™t hold it in.
๐Ÿ’ฅ Your body is your festival ticket โ€” treat it like VIP.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Tag a mate who needs this checklist and save this post for your packing prep!

Feelings of being excluded from society can impact many of the over 200,000 people living with stomas in the UK. Ignorance and a lack of suitable facilities create barriers that can stop them doing many of the things most of us take for granted. For day we joined Colostomy UK to campaign to Smash Social Exclusion for people living with stomas.

For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Bupa is working with Breast Cancer Now to help raise awareness to the signs and symptoms of both primary and secondary breast cancer. Bupa is proud to dedicate this post to Patricia Swannell, the Aunt of Laura Bradford, who wrote the poem. Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2007, Patricia's subsequent secondary breast cancer took years to diagnose. As a result, and driven by a selfless passion and determination to make a difference to those who come after her, Patricia Swannell devoted the last precious year of her life to driving change for people affected by secondary breast cancer. With special thanks also to Jo Knight, recent star of our TV advert and breast cancer survivor, for voicing the important messages in the poem.

Bupa is proud to dedicate this to Patricia Swannell, whose niece, Laura Bradford, wrote the poem on which the video above is based.Diagnosed with breast canc...

October 10th marks World Mental Health Day. We know that young people experience lots of physical and mental changes as they grow. The experiences they have during this time of development can also impact their future mental health and emotional skills.

Helping your child express how they feel can help them feel supported and can help you learn about any problems theyโ€™re experiencing sooner.

Here, we offer a fun activity you can do with young people to help start healthy conversations about their emotions and mental health.

These Chatter Box Cards are designed to help you and your child have healthy conversations about mental wellbeing.
