‘Lower back pain’ .. she seemed surprised when I said take your pants off! There’s no miscommunication here! She’s never had her lower back treated via her legs before! And I know most of you haven’t either until you’ve been here!

But she knows now! Tight legs and inactive glutes make it a recipe for lower back pains!

Day 2, boxed off. The Netherlands largest fitness Expo! came, saw and conquered! Made new friends, spread the word, grown the business and more so, got a name now quickly growing in Europe!

Imagine travelling 540 miles to a different country to be told ‘I know you, I’ve seen you on instagram’. Wild! People wanting selfies with me … mad times!

We don’t stop here. Nothing grows in comfort zones! 🚀 Next stop Dubai, 3.5 weeks to get the name out and put our stamp on things!

We’ve come a long way from a little stall on Chorley 10k a few years ago (no offence Chorley 10k!) now exhibiting at an Olympia qualifier in a different country less than 2 years later!
