Whether you get private support or even open up to a close friend or relative, it's important to talk and to know that others are there to listen and help.
World Su***de Prevention Day takes place on Friday, 10th September 2021 and this year the international theme is ‘Creating Hope Through Action’ and our project team has agreed to focus on and explore the complicated idea of ‘hope’ in su***de prevention.
