You sleep… but you don’t feel rested?
More and more people tell me the same thing:“I sleep normally… but I still wake up tired.” The first thought is usually: not enough sleep, too many responsibilities, too much on your mind. But very often, the problem lies somewhere else.
If your body is tense, it doesn’t fully regenerate even during sleep. Your nervous system stays in alert mode, your muscles don’t let go, and your breathing remains shallow. The result? You wake up feeling like you didn’t rest at all.
In bodywork, I often see that moment when the body finally “lets go.” Breathing deepens, muscles relax, and the body begins to return to balance. And very often, the first change clients notice… is better sleep.
Because the body finally gets the signal:“you can recover.”
