Yoga with Gina Mindful movements to increase awareness of the body, improve posture, reduce pain & regulate thoughts

I believe that the best route to inner peace and healing (mentally and physically) is to discover oneself, and one of the best ways to do so is through mindful movements. I have had my fair share of battles with mental health issues and injuries (hypermobile yogi anyone?) and found ‘movement therapy’ an effective way to cope and deal with pain. My classes stray from traditional yoga and focus on somewhat minimalistic movements, many based on Hanna Somatics. Yoga related Qualifications:
Yoga teacher training - 200 hours across 16 months with Yogacampus, completed 2021
Teen Yoga level 3 coach - 60 hours with Charlotta Martinus/TeenYoga in 2022
Somatics Exercise Coach trainee - in the process of completion with Lisa Peterson
