Why did I choose to do Cranio-sacral therapy?
Several years ago, about twenty, during a music and spirituality festival, demonstrations of all the spiritual arts were carried out all day, from meditation to shamanism.
There was this energy tent where the masters and gurus did their workshops.
I often followed their exercises, until one day, there was this technique, the CranioSacral.
The master immediately placed me in the position of who performs the massage and not who receives it.
It was an incredible feeling. 💥

Years later I saw a book that a friend read about cranio sacral therapy, I asked her about the type of therapy and what it cured. SINTOMI COMPORTAMENTALI DELL' ANSIA
Nella specie umana l’ansia si traduce in una tendenza immediata all’esplorazione dell’ambiente, nella ricerca di spiegazioni, rassicurazioni e vie di fuga. La strategia principale istintiva di gestione dell’ansia è inoltre l’evitamento della situazione temuta (strategia “better safe than sorry” – “meglio prevenire che curare”).
Sono frequenti inoltre comportamenti protettivi (farsi accompagnare, assumere ansiolitici al bisogno, ecc.), anassertivi e di sottomissione.

Resilience isn't just what you do while facing a tough time. It's also about how you act and react daily—whether that's too small disappointments or major setbacks. In fact, resilience is built over time through our actions every day. The more we practice resilience in how we respond to everyday annoyances, the better trained and prepared we'll be when life throws us a curveball like a pandemic, recession, or other crisis.

To build your resiliency muscle and become comfortable with discomfort:

Practice the above strategies on a regular basis.

Consider building in uncomfortable activities like cold showers or giving blood during an upcoming vacation to build your ability to tolerate experiences that are weird and foreign at first. (Neither of these has anything to do with COVID-19 except that they might help you face the reality of uncertainty.)

Start by making slight changes in your joy triggers so that you're still experiencing pleasure but you're also increasing the likelihood of encountering some degree of pain as well. This could mean opting for chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla or deciding to go out dancing instead of sitting home on a Saturday night watching movies on Netflix.

Finalmente sto procedendo con il mio corso di ipnoterapi per vite pregresse , intensi e molto istruttivo. Poter lavorare con il cervello è qualcosa di meraviglioso. Più ci entro dentro più mi affascina . Modulo 1 e 2 passati con 100% . Grazie alle mie guinea pig /amiche che mi aiutano negli esercizi. Vi adoro.
