This is my exhausted face.
6n6 for 30 😅
The last couple of weeks I’ve introduced some cardio into my workouts.
Nothing silly, I just thought I wanted to increase my movement.
I say “introduced”.
But really, if I want to, I’ll do it, If I don’t, or don’t have time, I don’t.
The way I see it is that anything I do is a bonus.
If I do nothing, so be it. No stress.
It’s not a big thing or a requirement, I just felt like it recently, so why not 🤷🏼♀️
Today I did a strength program pull session & I felt STRONG
Then a quick match uphill on the tread mill.
I call it “6n6 for 30” (6incline @ 6pace for 30 mins or so)
Today I also did 3mins 45secs run around 25mins before then winding down.
Tell you what though, even just shifting the 6lbs I have done in the last 18 days has really made the difference on my performance.
It’ll be “7n6” in no time.
There was a time when I used to run 10km in 50mins every morning before work… “1n12 for 50” weeks a long way off right now. Not sure I’ll ever do that again. It’s not even a goal right now. But it’s something I might consider again. Some time.
