How can I stay fuller for longer? We love protein at Slimming World 🙌.
The flexibility of our Healthy Eating plan means that there are loads of high‑protein options, whether you’re vegan or meat-eater – there’s something for everyone.
Beans and lentils, Quorn, eggs, fish, cottage cheese, lean meats…the list goes on!
Staying satisfied = staying on track 💕 and that’s just a snippet of what you’ll learn in my group – pop in and say hello this week ☺️.
