The only kind of Blue Mondays we’re interested in 💙❄️
We can’t predict when our most difficult Mondays, Tuesdays or Saturdays will arrive this year, but we can plan some ways we can get through them when they do.
For so many of us, that includes getting outside to clear our heads. While it can’t fix everything, we know that it just makes us feel better. 🥾🌿🧡

And it’s not even about the distance walked or the height of the mountain… even a quick 10 minute nip around the block can make a difference 🙏
