My coaching is more than just meal plans, workout plans and macros setting. Yes that is a big part of coaching but I am also here to be your motivator and your accountability. These plans are not fad diets or quick weight loss programs, so please only contact if you are interested in a real plan that takes time and dedication. These 'lose 4 stone in 8 weeks' plans are not what I do and am not willing to provide as they only lead to bad relationships with food, bad health and a damaged metabolism. My programs are about correctly fuelling your body with good food and still being able to enjoy social occasion and meals out, its about a healthy food relationship not just a healthy body. Creatine studies show positive effects for menopausal women by combating age-related declines in muscle, bone, and brain health, which are typically areas impacted by estrogen levels dropping.

Creatine also aids cognitive function and has promising potential in reducing the risk of age related illness like alzheimer's disease and dementia

Women naturally have lower creatine stores than men, and these levels decline further with menopause, making supplementation more beneficial.

More recent studies show that a higher dose, ,8-10g, is more beneficial compared to the previously suggested 3-5g. Just make sure to drink plenty of fluid.

I am working with alot of post partum mum's at the moment, it was never my planned niche but since having Nancy I get alot of enquiries from new mums. It's definitely a client group that I really enjoy working with and can relate to the struggles well.

Fantastic progress from on my premium foodie nutrition plan

This one still blows my mind . You can have a few days off your plan around the festive season, you don't have to have a whole 2 months off and then have to start all over again in January. Implementing and keeping healthy & sustainable habits are what will make hitting your goals achievable and maintainable.

Your 'diet' needs to be a lifestyle change, not a quick fix. There's never going to be a 'good time' to diet because something will always be in the way- a special occasion, a holiday, a night out . it's ok to enjoy those things too but the best diet is the one that's most sustainable.
