These plans are not fad diets or quick weight loss programs, so please only contact if you are interested in a real plan that takes time and dedication. ing to provide as they only lead to bad relationships with food, bad health and a damaged metabolism. I need to get some recipes back on my page, it's been a while since I've posted some, but they also get alot less interaction than other posts and it kills my feed abit, but it's died abit anyway with the algorithm change, so 🤷🏻

Spanish baked eggs

- 1x 400g tin tomatoes
- 30g diced chorizo
- onions , diced
- peppers , diced
- 2 cloves garlic , diced
- 1-2tsp sriracha
- 1tsp paprika
- salt + peppers
- 5g parmesan
- however many eggs you want

🔹 fry the chorizo until it releases its oil
🔹 add the onions and fry until clear
🔹 add everything else except eggs and parmesan
🔹 simmer for 5 minutes then make a gap to crack in each egg
🔹 top with parmesan and oven bake on 180c for 7-8 minutes

Fantastic progress from .jones.1232760 on my premium nutrition plan. 8kg down and now are are starting a reverse diet phase to build her calories up whilst maintaining this weight.

Having a baby made me a better athlete, it made me more determined, it made me 'over think' things less, it made me more tolerable of pain and discomfort.
Whenever I doubt myself I ask myself what type of mindset I want Nancy to have , and I have to model that for her .

Britain's strongest woman is the next stepping stone ticked off , and I'll get my world title back , no matter how long it takes.
Then have another baby 🤣

Britain's strongest woman 2025 ♥️ with my little girl in my arms 🥰. I couldn't be happier.

This comp was a last minute entry for me and only 2 weeks to prep, but I'm happy with how things went on the day . Such a stacked class, it's great to see as the 64s seemed to thin out for a period of time. It's great to see it as the dominant class again.

I hit everything I aimed for today and then just had to be tactical with other events to secure the win . It's nice to not feel like a 'has been'. Still working on getting back to full strength since having Nancy but it's full steam ahead now. I'll get my world's title back soon !

All of the 64 girls were amazing but the battle of the top 5 was incredible and a super tough one . Well done ladies .connolly.strongwoman

A little scary this time as I've never sat so heavy and had such a short time frame to cut (due to comp changes), but I'm feeling strong , well fuelled and I'm excited to compete again

This really is mad. People tell me they just can't diet because it's boring and they 'like to eat' yet they are just filling their body with processed sugary and salty food.

We all like good tasting food but honestly the taste of fresh whole foods cooked well isn't comparable to processed s**t. Dieting doesn't need to be flavourless and this is one of the reasons I created my premium nutrition plan, to give clients healthy recipes that actually taste good and to make dieting not feel like 'dieting'

Cooking tasty food doesn't need to be hugely time consuming either. I have plenty of recipes that can be prepped in less than 5 minutes and cooked in less than 20.

What's your favourite healthy recipe that beats any processed meal? Mines a pad Thai 😍

Cheese burger pasta and cheese burger rice is definitely a firm favourite amongst my clients

🔸️Cheese Burger pasta 🔸️

1tbsp Olive oil
1.8kg 5% mince
200g onion, diced
1 tin tomatoes
500g Pasta (uncooked)

🔹️ Seasoning
2tbsp of paprika
1tbsp of onion powder
1tsp lazy garlic
1tbsp mustard
pinch of salt and black pepper
2 tbsp of Worcestershire sauce
1tbsp steak Seasoning
3tbsp ketchup
1tbsp Sugar

🔹️ toppings
chopped pickles
200g Cheddar Cheese
200g Burger cheese slices
50g Burger sauce
50g ketchup

9 portions
Per portion 675 cals 60p/48c/28f

🔹️ cook the pasta according to package instructions
🔹️ fry the onion in olive oil for 2 mins then add the mince. Fry for around 10 mins or until fully brown
🔹️ add everything from the 'seasoning' section and the tinned tomatoes. Simmer for 5 minutes
🔹️ mix the pasta and meat mix in an oven proof dish
🔹️ decorated with the toppings and oven bake for 15 min on 180c

Phenomenal client progress
68kg - sub 54kg and now consuming 450 calories more each day without gaining weight . We still have plenty of room to get those calories higher and will be aiming for the 3000 cal mark
