🔥470 CALORIES. ONE KETTLEBELL. PURE FIRE.🔥
Tonight’s session was EXACTLY what my body and brain needed.
There’s something about kettlebell training that just hits different when you’re neurodivergent. The rhythm, the power, the way it demands your full presence... it quiets the mental chaos and channels everything into pure, focused energy.
Single mum life means gym time is precious. So when | get there? I go ALL IN. 💪🏽
This is what regulation looks like for me. This is self-care. This is choosing myself.

My Apple Watch is out here exposing me, but my ADHD brain said “we’re doing this anyway” 🧠⚡️
Engine & iron class at 6am with 66% exertion-because sometimes showing up IS the victory, even when your body is running on fumes and pure neurodivergent determination.
This is what ADHD motherhood looks like: sleepless nights, racing thoughts, but still lacing up those trainers because movement is medicine.
To every woman who’s ever shown up exhausted but did it anyway-I see you. You’re stronger than you know 💜

Yesterday I was on demon time:
6am gym.
7pm hot kettlebell.
Running on basically NO sleep since f*cking
Thursday.
Last night my body said “nah, we’re done here”.
I finally slept 1-7am... and missed this morning’s session.
Old me: “You’re lazy. You’ve ruined it. You never stick to anything.”
Me now: I’m a neurodivergent single mum, not a robot.
Sometimes discipline is dragging yourself to the gym.
Sometimes discipline is saying, “I need to sleep or
Til lose my shtt.”
If you’ve ever felt guilty for choosing sleep over the grind - this is your sign to chill.

Saturday night: “I’m 38 and fabulous, let’s CELEBRATE! 🥂🎉”
This morning at 5:45am: “Why do I do this to myself? 😭 2 day Hangover”
But here’s the thing... I SHOWED UP. Head banging! Minimal eye contact and 0 conversation…. Check ✅ Questionable life choices? Double check. ✅ But I’m here, I’m moving, and honestly? That’s the real flex. 💪
Some days you’re smashing PBs. Some days you’re just trying not to vom during burpees. Both are valid. Both count.
Who else has turned up to a workout feeling absolutely TRAGIC but left feeling like a legend? Drop a 🙋‍♀️ if you’ve been there!
P.S. If you see me lying on the floor between sets, I’m not resting... I’m strategically recovering 😂

So tonight I got pushed that little bit further 😆🤣 I had no intensions of touching the yellow never mind lifting the yellow….. now I’m extremely tired, can’t even do my videos but il be back tomorrow 🤣 ❤️

Hot kettle bell session to finish of the day not guna lie I have the worst sleep without it… il be asleep till my body clock wakes me up straight threw…. Yes it’s my second session of the day 7pm-8pm is the equivalent of a sleeping tablet for me I know which Id rather have them sleeping tablets leave me feeling groggy as hell in a morning…. What we don’t change were choosing….
