Another great review just in. As many of my clients say, my methods tend to have a far greater and faster impact than CBT or counselling.

It's a more than worthwhile investment- especially when you might be waiting months to years on a waiting list for CBT on the NHS- only to find that it doesn't solve your issue anyway.

What is your wellbeing worth to you? As far as I'm concerned, if you don't feel good mentally and emotionally most of the time, you're not really living.

I'm looking forward to delivering this powerful workshop alongside Robert Brennan next Sunday.

This is a great opportunity to attend an in-person workshop for people in the Manchester/Cheshire areas. We will be sharing some amazing knowledge, techniques and strategies to allow you to take charge of anxiety.

These strategies are cutting edge and not only will I be sharing my techniques, but Rob Brennan who is another renowned local therapist and coach will also be sharing his.

Flying Fears- it's that time of year when people are thinking of booking summer holidays.

The fear of flying is one of the most common fears/phobias I deal with- and one of the easiest to resolve.

I have a specialised one session package that includes a 90 minute session in which we remove the fear, and two 30 minute Zoom calls- one intake call before the main session, and then a 30 minute Zoom call the day before you fly for the first time.

One of the fastest and most painless ways out there for resolving a flying fear. No torturing yourself on flying courses or spending time in simulators. It's quick, straightforward and the results are permanent!

Here is one of my posts on this page from April 22nd 2016- recounting a story of randomly working with a woman on a flight who I was sitting next to. Since then I've improved and streamlined my method a lot to make it even more effective:

"Last week I actually worked with a very friendly woman during a flight to Ibiza. It was so interesting to see the effectiveness of TFT (Thought Field Therapy) actually during a flight. I noticed that this woman in the seat next to me was very anxious and going into a state of panic as the plane took off.

I then told her about the TFT anxiety algorithm and showed her how to apply it herself. She applied this tapping sequence as the plane was coming into land- and to her surprise she felt completely calm as the plane touched down.

Then coincidentally this lady was also on the same return flight- and as we left the plane she approached me and was delighted to report that she no longer had her fear of landing. This was after just one application of the TFT sequence on the outbound flight.

In her case there were other layers to the fear which would need to be addressed in a full session (for example she was still anxious about taking off), but it demonstrated just how quickly, easily and effectively TFT can be used to remove feelings of fear and panic."

Happy Sunday, hope you've had a great weekend.

I’ve been working on the visuals of my coaching model today.

The first work (if necessary) always has to be to release whatever is keeping you in survival mode. Because if you’re in survival mode, you can’t operate consistently at your genius level as a high performer.

My approach is (and always has been) to do this as quickly as possible. Using powerful strategies that allow trauma, fear and emotional blocks to be released from the nervous system.

You're actually hardwired to be well. There is an innate wellness at the core of all us. If you're not experiencing this, it doesn't mean you're broken. You're simply disconnected.

Sometimes disconnection is seen as being necessary by the subconscious for survival. For example, if you grew up in a violent household and could be in physical danger, in the absence of any other solution, you may subconsciously disconnect in order to survive- survival is always the ultimate priority.

It’s about connecting or reconnecting- it’s never about fixing you as there’s nothing to fix. There is no brokenness, only disconnection from your emotions, from love and from your authentic self and your genius.

This is about deepening the connection to your true authentic self and allowing performance to go to genius level, with a strong foundation of safety within the nervous system.

Confidence Transformations

This is a recent client email- after one Zoom session, her confidence completely transformed.

Lifelong issues of feeling self-conscious, anxiousn and physically blushing in conversations instantly went away and her confidence has continued to improve since this email.

Confidence is often misunderstood. People often associate confidence with cockiness and bravado.

But this is often fake and not authentic.

Truly confident people are often quietly confident- they don't need to impress anyone or prove a point to anyone.

True confidence is a deep sense of trust in yourself. A trust that no matter what happens, you will find a way. Even if you're not consciously aware of how right now.

It's in many ways the opposite of anxiety.

This is the confidence I support people to create.

Imagine how different life is for this client- her whole life has totally transformed.

I believe these transformations are actually deeper and more powerful when they happen quickly- and I always aim for my clients to have a powerful experience and perspective shift in the first session.

Imagine what life will be like when your confidence transforms- all the things you will be able to do that you don't feel able to at the moment. How will life be different?

Hi everyone, hope you're well. I've had lots of great clients recently, and the common denominator has been their total commitment to change.

I'm going to be up front about this.

If you want to make big life changes very quickly, let's have a conversation.

If you want someone to help you 'manage' an issue such as anxiety or a phobia, or do endless analysis on it, you're best looking elsewhere.

I want to work with people who place high value on making big changes that last. I know you're capable of that, no matter who you are. So why settle for less and play it small?

This is a high value service. It's all about making big changes, moving from survival to creating the life you desire. All the modalities I use with my clients are designed to create big changes, often in an instant.

If you want:

To transform your confidence levels so you can speak or perform public in front of large groups of people and actually start enjoying it.

To take your career to the next level either in employment or elevating your business by removing fear, emotional blocks and imposter syndrome.

To release a phobia such as a fear of flying to enable you to fly around the world and travel where you want, when you want and actually thoroughly enjoy it- in rapid time.

I worked with a talented 15 year old singer on Saturday who had been unable to perform in front of people due to fear/embarrassment.

I love this sort of work- supporting people who are highly talented but are being held back by fear (often fear of failure/rejection on some level).

Often one breakthrough session using my unique combination of modalities and hypnosis makes all the difference.

What would you do if fear was no longer a barrier?

Often it's the ONLY barrier to someone expressing their true potential. Remove the fear and it's incredible how much you're instantly freed up.

She contacted me because she’d developed a debilitating fear/anxiety of fainting on public transport- to the point where she couldn’t use the tube in London (where she lives) or trains and had become severely anxious even leaving the house.

What sort of an impact will the change you want to make have on your life?

How will it impact your quality of life?

Focus on the value that it will bring to your life, rather than thinking in terms of the number of 'hours of therapy' or coaching.

30 hours of ineffective talking therapy (it has its place and there are some great talk therapists out there, but it doesn't work for everything) won’t produce the same level of value in your life that 90 minutes of a more high impact approach such as mine will.

Happy New Year all

I'm excited about supporting more clients to make big changes in 2025.

I always feel like I should wish people a 'purposeful' new year rather than a 'happy' one.

Happiness comes and goes- we're naturally not meant to feel on top of the world all the time.

We're meant to have the full experience and range of emotions. There is nothing wrong with feeling them at all.

Rather than focusing on happiness, it makes far more sense to me to focus on creating a strong sense of purpose in your life. A sense of purpose that underlies everything you do and inspires you to get out of bed in the morning and embrace life.

A strong sense of purpose keeps you moving forward even when you face challenging circumstances in your life. It can be a constant, in a way that aiming for a certain emotion (eg. happiness) can't always be.

A sense of purpose is not something mystical that you have to find or discover- you can create it.

How will you serve or make a difference to the world/communities/your family/friends in 2025?

It doesn't have to be your job (although it may impact your work) and it doesn't have to be something that seems hugely significant in the eyes of others.

It could be something that would be insignificant to others but makes you feel good- and that you can do regularly.

An easy one that most people can do is committing to uplifting others/acts of kindness. Even just smiling at people in public and really being present in your interactions with people is a major act of service.

I always say to people that the impact you have on others is often far greater than you consciously realise. Even a simple positive action can have huge impacts on others, and you may never know the extent of that impact.

A great thing to do as you set your intentions for this year ahead is to imagine the really purposeful you. The you that has a greater mission.

As you imagine looking through the eyes of the purposeful you, what do you notice is different? Allow yourself to feel that sense of power and momentum. Imagine how your body language or the way you walk is different. How differently you respond to life's challenges.

As soon as you use your imagination in this way, there are immediate changes that start in your brain and the chemistry of your body that begin to make this reality.

It takes consistency, but as your sense of purpose grows and you continue to remind yourself of it, you create that momentum that gradually connects you permanently to that purpose.

I'm in a brand new room today in Alderley Edge, working with some really interesting clients.

I never overcomplicate in my sessions. I know the person in front of me has the innate ability to change- so it's about releasing what is not them and restoring them to their true authentic self.

I also know after a decade doing this work that real change often happens fast. It doesn't have to take months or years to totally transform your experience of life.
