My favourite massage of the day. My mum 🤍🤍🤍 Holistic treatments are for every one and for all different reasons. My mum suffers with arthritis and osteoporosis, especially in her neck. Regular treatments help her to manage the symptoms and get a good nights sleep. It also gives her time to herself and a safe space to let go 🤍🤍🤍

How lucky I am to be watching the sun go down for the last time this year, here in Thailand. I am 7 hours in front of you guys so a little premature 🤍🤍🤍 I am sat here reflecting on the year of 2025 with so much love and gratitude in my heart. With pride in finding new versions of myself that brought me peace. New strength found in overcoming some painful and challenging times which in turn strengthened love and connections 🤍🤍🤍
Even more nourished gratitude for my little business and for each and every one of you, clients, family, friends that make it imaginable, believable and possible. I am optimistic for what is to come, and excited to keep learning, including a future massage retreat to improve my skills and nourish my mind, body and soul
