🤍🤍🤍 No one should tell you how to feel.
“Be positive, don’t worry, be happy. Let it go, forgive”
However, I have found out through experience that trying to take this approach has helped me far more than not trying it.
Yep, we have bad days, yep, we have days where it is harder to “keep your chin up.” Yep, some days everything seems to go wrong. But some advice I was given a long time ago. “It will come and it will go” has always rang true.
“This too shall pass” This goes for the bad and the good.
As some of you may know, I had my own little, upside down world time in my life. The kind where you don’t know if you can come back from it.
But believe me, you can, because this too shall pass. I worked on myself, healing and learning a new way of life. Was it that plain sailing? No. Is it ever? No. Was it worth it? 100%
Is life good for me now? Definitely! Cheers 🥂
Do I take that for granted? I 100% do not. For this too shall and can pass.
So what do you do? You out wait the bad times, be kind and patient with yourself and with those who try to help (even with their cliches 😂) excepting and seeking help is important.
Wholeheartedly embrace the good times, be appreciative, give gratitude for them but don’t take for granted that it will always be that way but still always know, it will always become good again.
Taking the rough with the smooth, making peace with the acceptance of life’s difficulties and imperfections along with it’s positive and rewarding experiences.

Well that is me headed out of the treatment room until Tuesday! My second oil blend. This grounding, restorative, refreshing scent unfolds in layers of an earthy after rain aroma. My experience of Dovestone, nestled in the heart of Greenfield and its healing and grounding properties.
A crisp, clean scent of fresh rain, as the scent develops it begins to reveal the heart of the forest. Earthy musk, pine with hints of lavender, a blend of earth meets flora.
