✨ A moment of pure joy to close out yesterday’s Spirit Dance Meditation.

We came together in movement, in breath, in acceptance—honoring ourselves exactly as we are. Our theme: radical acceptance. Embracing our thoughts, the reflections others offer us, and loving these sacred vessels we call home.

In that space, we remembered: We are already whole. Already enough. Already divine.

Grateful for this community, for the courage to show up, and for the magic that unfolds when we dance from the heart. 💛

This was a moment at .festiwal where I was fully present …..barefoot on the grass, enjoying the summer vibe, being myself, surrounded by amazing people… and not worrying about a thing.
