I was told I couldn’t sell implementation.
That it’s too hard.
Too intangible.
Too difficult to explain.
And for a moment… I believed it.
But what I’ve realised is this:
Implementation isn’t intangible.
The transformation is.
You can feel it when:
everything finally makes sense
decisions become easier
things actually start moving
A few years ago, I ran a 2-day strategic planning session for a think tank.
By the end of the first day, I was called
“the Marie Kondo of planning”
Because I didn’t add more.
I simplified, structured and created clarity.
And that’s the work I continue to do 🥰
Not long after being told I “couldn’t sell this”…
I signed a retainer at my highest rate.
No convincing.
No chasing.
Just alignment.
If you’re building something and it feels stuck, heavy or unclear…
You don’t need more ideas.
You need support that helps you move.
