Today I escaped from the salon for something even more important… precious mother & daughter time 🤍
We started the day with a matcha for that perfect energy boost, followed by a beautiful picnic in St. James’s Park 🌿
Of course, there had to be a little makeup and clothes shopping too… because why not? 😉
And we finished the day with a nice dinner before I had to wave goodbye again.
When your daughter is away at university, you truly learn to appreciate every single moment together… every hour becomes so valuable 💫

How often should the treatment be done?

For the best results, I usually recommend a course of 4–6 treatments spaced approximately 2–4 weeks apart. This allows the exosomes to activate regeneration processes within the hair follicles and support the natural hair growth cycle.

After the initial course, maintenance treatments every 4–6 months may be recommended to help maintain results and continue supporting scalp health and hair density.

Most clients begin to notice improvement in hair thickness and reduced shedding within 3–6 months, as hair follicles gradually regenerate and strengthen.
