Falling in Love with Me at 54: My Transformation Journey!

I’m absolutely buzzing to share my story with you all! After 54 wonderful years on this planet, I’ve finally looked in the mirror and said those magical words: β€œI really do love you!” And goodness me, does it feel brilliant!

For years, my weight had been holding me back, but now I’ve shed an incredible 5 stone 10lbs on step 2 of The 1:1 Diet, I’m feeling absolutely fantastic! Even after maintaining for 8 years previously, this time feels completely different - I’m truly ALIVE again!

The secret sauce? My mindset work! I’ve completely transformed how I speak to myself - no more living with that internal bully! Instead, I’ve filled my thoughts with positive language and buckets of self-love.

After two pregnancies and binge-eating, the weight piled on, and I didn’t recognise myself. As a busy mum of two, I thought I’d never have the time or energy to feel like me againβ€”until I found The 1:1 Diet.
