We are looking to recruit a full time Medical Receptionist to join our busy, friendly team. This position is initially to cover maternity leave for a period of approximately 12 months, however, there is the potential of a permanent contract at the end of the cover.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the running of the Practice and delivering excellent patient care.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organised candidate to join our reception team. You should have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work as part of the team and on your own initiative. The role involves answering and making calls to/from patients, enquiries from other agency i.e hospitals etc, arranging appointments, processing prescriptions and dealing with incoming/outgoing mail.
The hours of work for this post is:
Week 1 - 9am-5.30pm
Week2 - 9.30-6pm
Although previous experience in a similar role is desirable it is not essential as training will be given.
Salary £25,079.34 pro rata
