Calling all health professionals, please get involved with us 😊 Yogis, holistics, counsellors....all that jazz! You know yourselves that your expertise helps mental health (and possibly know epilepsy related help).

Be part of our team and change the world a smidgen! 🌏🤗

Epilepsy has many side effects including depression. These days with the covid-19 pandemic things are tougher for some sufferers with the overall mental health problems being affected.

Sadly too, living in deprived areas can affect your mental wellbeing, and currently, Greenock is the worst. This is why I am putting this awareness out that epilepsy sufferers are NOT alone, and I urge anybody concerned to get involved with us or other inner circle peers.

A chat about absolutely anything helps. It's the personal communication that is key, and during this global crisis, it has never been more important.

Stay safe everybody! 🤗♥️

Please share to spread more awareness! 😊

Epilepsy Inverclyde is a project which has been set up to support those who suffer from epilepsy and their close support circles.

We would also like to spread the awareness around Inverclyde about the condition, educate and talk about it. We aim to take away the terrible stigma that epilepsy has attached to it.
