📣 Diary Update – Appointment Availability

Due to high demand and my next available appointment being at the end of October, I’ve been finding it increasingly difficult to accommodate regular clients.

To help manage this and ensure I can continue offering the best service possible, I’ve decided to reduce online appointment booking for the time being.

🗓️ The online diary will now be open for bookings 6 weeks in advance, rather than further ahead. This change is aimed at helping regular clients find suitable slots more easily.

If you're a regular client and struggling to find a slot, please feel free to get in touch directly – I’ll do my best to help.

A Personal Note: Price Update from September 1st

For the first time in five years, I’ll be making an increase to my prices starting September 1st 2025.

This isn’t a decision I’ve taken lightly. I’ve always tried to keep my services as accessible as possible, and I’m proud to have maintained the same pricing for so long. But as costs have gradually risen over the years — from materials to time and everything in between — I’ve reached a point where an adjustment is necessary to continue doing what I love, without compromising on quality.

I’m so grateful for your continued support, loyalty, and trust. Whether you’ve been with me from the beginning or just recently joined this journey, please know how much I appreciate you.

After some much needed downtime. I’m stepping back into the rhythm with a clear head mind and grateful heart.

🌿 Between Appointments Self-Care for Lymphatic Health 🌿

💦 Hydrate, Hydrate, Hydrate
Lymph is 95% water — so drink up! Aim for half your body weight in ounces daily.

🌬️ Breathe with Intention
Deep diaphragmatic breathing...
Deep breathing increases intra-abdominal pressure, helping lymph fluid move through the thoracic duct (the main drainage channel).

🚶‍♂️ Move Your Body
Gentle movement like walking, rebounding, or stretching keeps lymph flowing.

🧘‍♀️ Massage those Stagnation points
Spend 2 minutes massaging 6 key lymphatic zones: collarbones, neck, armpits, abdomen, groin, and behind the knees. It’s quick, powerful, and super effective.

👚 Wear Loose Clothing

I don't have a waitlist function on my booking system, I get lots of emails and messages asking to be added to a waitlist and I always do my best to accommodate all requests.

However recently the requests have been coming in thick and fast from lots of sources and as there is only me trying to manage all aspects of the business this is becoming too much for my brain to handle.

SO... going forward THERE IS NO WAITLIST.

🎉Happy July, everyone ☀️
It’s that time again… holibobs are calling 🏖️

I’ll be taking time away from the business from Monday 21st July, hopefully soaking up some sunshine and recharging my batteries. I’ll be back in clinic on Wednesday 6th August refreshed and ready to go!

🗓️ heads up! My diary is jam packed, and I’ve only got limited 30 minute appointments available in August.
