📸 A few snapshots from our Ultrasound-Guided Injection Clinic this past Saturday!

These images show a cortisone injection for shoulder impingement, a condition causing pain and limited range of movement—especially around 90 degrees of shoulder lift. Combined with targeted exercises, the injection is expected to help achieve the desired recovery outcome. 💉🦴

The treatment was ultrasound-guided for precision and safety, helping the patient move forward in their recovery when other options hadn’t worked. 🙌🏼

🧠 Concussion in Football – Know the Signs

During lastnights Motherwell vs Morton game, Rish was pitchside alongside the club doctor, quickly assessing a player for signs of concussion after a heavy knock.

Thankfully, all was well ✅ — but it’s a reminder of just how important rapid, informed pitchside assessment is in football.

Here are a few simple signs of concussion to watch out for:

⚠️ Confused or dazed — looks unsure of where they are or what just happened
⚠️ Slow to get up — takes longer than usual or needs help
⚠️ Clutching the head — after contact
⚠️ Unsteady on feet — balance looks off
⚠️ Headache, nausea or blurry vision — reported during or after the game

👨🏽‍⚕️When in doubt, sit them out.
