You might see our physio team pitch-side with Greenock Morton F.C. dealing with injuries in the middle of a game.

But here's the thing most people don't realise 👇

The injuries we see in football are often the same problems our patients come in with every day.

This isn’t a behind-the-scenes admin role. You’ll be front and center.

Our patients often arrive feeling sore, worried, or unsure. The way they’re greeted—the warmth, the clarity, the calm—sets the tone for everything that follows. That’s where you come in.

You’ll be the organised, approachable presence that helps patients feel informed and supported from the moment they first reach out.

Your day might look like:

▪️Warmly welcoming patients in person and on the phone

▪️Answering questions clearly and pointing people in the right direction

▪️Keeping things running smoothly—managing diaries, booking appointments, processing payments

▪️Looking after the details so our clinicians can focus on patient care

▪️Being a positive presence in a close-knit team that really enjoys working together

The right person for this role is likely someone who:
Is naturally warm and approachable—people tend to feel comfortable around you

Stays calm when things get busy (which they regularly do!)

Genuinely likes helping people and takes satisfaction in making their day a little easier
