Some exciting new things coming in the next few months.

1stly, February is my last month at GLOW hairdressers, its a cracking wee space to work in (& to get my hair done) but im looking to do more treatments so on the look out for something a little bigger, with a sink.
2ndly, I'll be taking a little time off in March or April and coming back with a complete rebrand, new treatments and new premises.
3rdly, I'll still be doing case studys during this time as I want to have all the paperwork done for end of April.

Once I figure out how to work fb business suite, I'll be deleting all the other pages I have, that fb made me make 😂😂😂 (i have 5!!!)

Remedial & Sports Massage Case Studies - £20 - 60 mins appointment.
This will have a fair amount of time spent on a thorough consultation which includes range of motion testing , passive, assisted and resisted testing, and other testing similar to what you get at physio appointments and the remaining time spent on the problem area.
The Massage is not always sore, the No Pain No Gain thinking is thankfully easing out of standard use. But pressure is applied. The area being massaged will get Targeted Swedish, MyoFacial and Trigger Point as well as other techniques. Pressure will be adapted to you and the area being worked on but you should never leave any massage bruised. This is not a full body massage, its Targeted to your problem area. If you have more than one or 2 areas, the 90 minutes (£30) would suit you better, as each area could have 10 - 20 minutes spent on that alone 😱 Just think; 20 minutes spent on the one calf with the niggling pain and the other hasn't even been looked it! 🤯
