Wednesday was all about the Gents! 🍻

Our Clyde Lounge came alive with laughter and camaraderie as the gentlemen enjoyed an afternoon of whiskey, beer, nuts, nibbles, and classic games. With the weekend’s football highlights on screen and dominos on the table, George, Arthur, Willie, and Charlie shared a brilliant time together!

Meanwhile, Annie, her daughter, and grandson joined in for a lovely family game of dominos — such special moments to treasure

Across the way in the Caird Lounge, our ladies were getting active with Fun Fitness with Fiona! Chair exercises and giggles filled the room, with family members joining in to make it even more joyful

It’s days like these that remind us how meaningful connection, movement, and shared joy are ✨

💅☕ Sunday Pampering & Laughter at Belleaire House! ☕💅

Nothing beats a relaxing Sunday of pampering and rest! 🧘 Our residents enjoyed a lovely morning of manicures, getting ready for the week ahead. 🌸✨

The afternoon was all about nibbles, endless tea and cake, and plenty of laughter thanks to the cheeky antics of Mrs Brown’s Boys! There were smiles all around as everyone enjoyed the fun and humour together.🤣

These moments of relaxation and joy are what make life at Belleaire House so special. 💜

⚽💪 Belleaire Ballerz Are Back in Action! 💪⚽

Another fantastic week with Paul from Fit-Baw leading our chair exercise session! 🪑⚽ We worked on balance skills and enjoyed a full-body workout using the football with both hands and feet - what a brilliant way to stay active and have fun! 🌟

We’re proud to be part of the Fit-Baw League, competing with care homes across Glasgow and surrounding areas to score the most goals. Come on Belleaire Ballerz - we can do this! 💪🏆

Our ladies and gents at Belleaire House Care Home always look forward to Gerry’s visits - and he never disappoints. 💃🕺

We sang our hearts out to all our favourite tunes and enjoyed every moment of music, laughter and dancing. 🎵💛

We can’t wait to welcome Gerry back for more unforgettable performances! 🙌

🧁☕ Sweet Treats from Our Baking Group! 🍰✨

Our lounges at Belleaire House Care Home were filled with the most delicious aroma as our residents baked up a storm! Using our cupcake machine, we whipped up batches of cupcakes in just 6 minutes – impressive, right? 🎉

Once baked, we decorated them with icing and sprinkles, making them look as good as they tasted! 😍

We made plenty to share with fellow residents, family and colleagues – because good things are meant to be shared. 💛

Of course, no cupcakes are complete without a good cuppa… and a little extra for Agnes, who kindly did the dishes afterwards! 👏

Our residents at Belleaire House Care Home had a fantastic morning staying active and having fun! We worked on balance and hand-eye coordination, and everyone gave 100% effort - what a brilliant performance all round! 👏🙌

Our residents got their singing voices ready for a fantastic afternoon with the amazing Michael Patterson - always a favourite, especially when he gives us a cheeky wee twirl in his kilt!

There was plenty of dancing, singing, and laughter all around - a brilliant way to lift spirits and bring everyone together 💛

🎃🕷️ Halloween Prep at Belleaire House! 👻🍂

Spooky season is in full swing and our residents have been getting creative with some fang-tastic decorations! 🧡

We’ve been busy decorating pumpkins to hang around the home and crafting spooky spiders - with a few cheeky ones hidden to surprise our housekeeping team 🙊🪴

There’s already plenty of laughter and excitement in the air, and we can’t wait to see how the rest of our Halloween celebrations unfold!

🎤 Belleaire Welcomes Back the Brilliant Gerry Everette! 💜✨

We were thrilled to welcome Gerry Everette back to Belleaire Care Home for another fabulous show — his first performance after a well-deserved three-month holiday in Italy! 🇮🇹🌞

As always, Gerry brought the energy with singing, dancing, and happy faces all around. The room was filled with joy from start to finish, and the dance floor didn’t stay still for a moment! 💃🕺🎶

A huge thank you to our amazing colleagues for helping make the afternoon so special. It’s moments like these that bring our community together and create lasting memories. 💚👏

🍓🥮 Belleaire Baking Group Whips Up a Treat! 👩🍳✨

Our talented residents rolled up their sleeves and got creative in the kitchen during our latest Belleaire Baking Group session! Using a recipe from the Meallmore activities resources — with a few personal tweaks — they crafted a stunning fruit flan topped with caramel, whipped cream, and a dusting of icing sugar. 👌🏽🍰

Here’s Annie, Esther, and Joyce proudly showing off their beautiful creation before sharing it with fellow residents. The smiles say it all! 😄💜

We also had the joy of celebrating Isabel’s birthday with a fabulous pink caterpillar cake — a sweet surprise for a very special day! 🎂💖

A huge thank you to our wonderful colleagues for supporting these joyful moments. Here’s to more baking, birthdays, and brilliant memories! 🫶
