Mindmosaic is also an accredited COSCA training provider Our certificate in counselling runs every year. High quality counselling and psychotherapy in Inverclyde offering one to one counselling for adults and young people; stress management groups and counselling training.

We’re thrilled to share that Jonny McIntosh’s New York Marathon fundraiser for MindMosaic has now officially closed - and thanks to your incredible generosity, he’s raised an amazing £2910.80!

With the Macdonald and Co. Charitable Foundation kindly matching the total, that means an incredible £5821.61 will go directly towards supporting mental health and wellbeing in our communities across Scotland. 💙

A huge thank-you to everyone who donated, shared, and sent messages of encouragement - your support means the world to us and to Jonny.

We were delighted to attend a recent Inverclyde Women in Business workshop at The Albany, an initiative from Inverclyde Council supporting women who are running, or considering starting, their own business.

Funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, the programme provides a forum where women can access guidance and support to confidently take their next steps in business.

The event featured guest speaker Christine Penman from The One Percent. With over 35 years of experience leading diverse and multicultural teams, Christine reminded us of the importance of confidence and continuous learning in driving success.

Thanks to Inverclyde Council and everyone involved for creating such an uplifting and memorable event!

On 2nd November, our Group Worker Jonny McIntosh completed the New York Marathon in 5 hours 17 minutes to raise funds to help enable use to deliver mental health services.

Thanks to your incredible generosity, Jonny is close to raising £2,500! The fundraiser closes at 11pm this coming Sunday, so there’s still time to donate - and every contribution will be doubled thanks to the Macdonald and Co. Charitable Foundation.

This November, Kayleigh Tipling will be swapping the kitchen for the swimming pool — tackling a mighty 20km and many, many lengths to raise funds for MindMosaic.

And she’s not doing it alone… her lovely mum Ruth is joining her. And just to be clear, that’s 20km each! We love the commitment.

Yesterday our Jonny McIntosh ran the TCS New York City Marathon in 5 hours, 17 minutes and 23 seconds! Jonny did this to raise money to help us continue to provide free counselling. We’re deeply touched to share that Colette Cameron is hosting a fundraising event in memory of her brother, Kieran, to mark what would have been his 30th birthday.

The event is taking place in Greenock on Saturday 22nd November, with proceeds being split between MindMosaic and Ardgowan Hospice.

Tickets are just £20 and include an arrival drink and buffet. If you’d like to attend, please contact Colette directly. 💙
