Home early. Feeling a bit out of sorts. heres how I deal with it...
Cuppa... straight into a deep meditation. I really should have put the resonance headset on and kicking myself for leaving it in the shop. Will be going upstairs. Sitting upright (so I don't fall asleep) onto of my earthing mat. And will put on a binaural meditation. Setting intention to unpack the blues and send the energy away. It's that easy people. 15 minutes meditation. But can also be done in 5, if you do them daily. I'm not running out to get my nails done, or buy something I don't need. I'm running to my earphones cos I know the difference between a temporary plaster and real release. Have a beautiful day peeps, regardless of how you spend yours. Much love ❤️

Cannot apologise enough for this stat. After booking out the pool sessions, I recieved an email today saying headquarters have cancelled all future sessions due to season ending. Please know my sessions were pre booked and not assumed. So this was a massive surprise to me. However it's nobody's fault. And the universe doing its thing. Anyone who has booked in and paid. Can you please mail me. There is one particular booking I can't seem to find to mail back. So if you haven't had a mail from me, please get in touch so as I can return your money. Other than this...don't fret it ladies and gents. There is another avenue I am working on. It's all good. You won't be without your pool therapies for long I promise. 💜 apologies for this. Endeavouring to make up for it by offering better treatments for your loss. And of course money straight back tonight should you prefer that route. I have a large group therapy on the cards. A permanent session which allows me to get close to you with the vibrations without me and emma drooning 🤣 much love and sorry. 😭 I will make this up to you all. 💜💜💜
