I will be having the week off to get our community garden prepared for Sundays big opening day I'm afraid. Back to normal Tuesday the 12th. And everyone is more than welcome to join us for a great day to see our amazing wee garden.

Some of you may know and some of you may not. I keep bees. And I keep them because the frequencie of these wee amazing insects is healing. The vibrations they create with batting their wings are incredible. I will be introducing bee therapy soon, which will involve sitting amid these wee beauties. (In the safety of a suit) and thanks to ric I will be recording my wee bees frequencies and playing them during all of my therapies. .. I get to watch people's reactions to my Wee buzz workers. And they stop for a look at the hive and trance out without seconds. They don't move they don't talk , they just watch in total awe for at least 15 minutes. These vibrations are incredible even from a distance. So for the scared, we will bring the sound of my beautiful stripey wains into the shop. Watch this space. ❤️

Cannot recommend this man's products enough. Give him a follow. He's currently making the shop some new age tech resonance equipment that will literally blow your wee mind. Taking sound healing to another level. I have been wearing the resonance ring for some weeks and what a difference it make. To make it easy to understand, we emit frequencies and we recieve them all day long. Filling our bodies with Bluetooth phone, microwave, smart anythings , WiFi isn't good for the body. His equipment blows all those nasty frequencies out of the body. So yeah this is the guy you want to go to for these. I could tell you his story but it's not mine to tell. And its a pretty fascinating one. He is one of the nicest blokes to know. And he will go above and beyond to help you understand the product and what it does. This is next level technology for sound therapy. This is in the making for me. Not finished yet, but I'm too excited and wanted to show you all. This will pump out frequencies into you while I do reiki. And I cannot wait. It will of course have changeable covers for hygiene. But watch this space. I've been wearing the resonance ring for a wee while and It is amazing for restoring and balancing your energy. It's a bit like plugging straight into the field. Meet my new instrument. Coming soon to shamanic echoes. Neuro zen. the new way to switch the nonsense off and the healing on. This is a brilliant app. Does so many things. It gives you all the frequencies that help heal and meditate. It gives you options to add different sounds , frequencies specific to certain parts of the body. You can add bowls , chants, music, it's free and one of the best apps there is. 💜🙏💜

I get asked alot of the same advice, which is great. And I don't mind. But I may start some informative sessions. Nothing fancy. Just like minded people coming together. Chatting. Making new connections and finding suitable ways to help aid your healing journeys. With a little group sound therapy. Maybe groups of 10. This would take place in the shop and be for maybe 4 hours. A little light lunch. And lots of information and laughs. If your interested comment on this post and I will organise it. I'd be happy to cost this at £10 for the day. But if you want to and can't afford it, I'd be more than happy to accommodate this for free. PM if you need this and can't fund it please. 💜

Here are some books that are my own collection. Excuse the half chewed one, it was the dog not me. 😊 some of these books are a must and will set you up for life. Yes they are a bit jargony with science but easy to bypass what you don't understand. Your subconscious will take it all in even if you don't. First 3 are a must. Especially the biology of belief and the kybalion
