Are you confused about whats right and wrong for your skin?

Lets clear a few things up!

You dont need:

❌ Dermaplanning every 2 weeks

❌ To use Retinol every night

This is way too much for most skin types and will lead to inflammation and damage.

❌ To use 15%+ vitamin C daily

Especially when your using retinol this will cause irritation and inflammation.

❌ Chemical peels “for maintenance” every 3 months

If your barrier isnt stable you will end up irritated and inflamed, use restorative peels like our AlumierMD peels to regenerate your skin.

❌ To use LED masks 2 to 3 times a week

Aftercare is not an afterthought, LED wont make a difference if you havent optimised your skincare routine.

❌ To use Squeaky clean foaming cleansers

These will strip your skin of its natural goodness and protection, striped skin isnt clean its compromised.

❌ To use Pore pads like moisturiser

These are ok a couple of times a week but only if your skin is calm and stable. Remember they aren't suitable for the delicate eye area!
