Trinity Laban is a multi-disciplinary clinic offering a range of treatments, which focuses on injury prevention, management and rehabilitation. All our therapies can treat a variety of complaints from acute problems to more chronic conditions.

Our experienced team of practitioners help clients to understand and manage their own musculoskeletal conditions. Each client receives a tailored one-to-one treatment session to meet their specific needs, and given advice from our practitioner(s), on what the next steps should be once the session is over.

Some of the problems we treat include; sports injuries, stress and anxiety, back pain, digestive problems, migraines, concussion, repetitive and overuse injuries, arthritic pain and stiffness, joint pain, postural problems, muscle soreness and tension.

Our qualified practitioners also specialise in the assessment and treatment of athletes and performing artists, both in training and working professionals, within the on-site treatment clinic at Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. Not only do all of our therapists have a particular interest in performing artists’ injuries and injury prevention, but many have had first-hand experience of being a performing artist or have worked with performing artists for many years, gaining vast experience in the field.
