I will never forget my first session with Lorraine. I was at the lowest point in my life and couldn't see any light at the end of a very dark tunnel. I had no self esteem, no confidence and was grieving the loss of both my husband and mother during the Covid period. Lorraine has a wonderful, caring and calming manner. She made me feel totally at ease from the word go. It's difficult to explain just how deeply positive and totally relaxing each session with her was. The download she provided for home listening really helped too.

Today..... I feel great!! I am happy, confident and have even shed over 2 stones in weight without dieting. Lorraine banished my lifelong comfort eating problem too!
